Random Forestの特許

OpenCVとかscikit-learnとかで、Random Forestの手法名がそのままRandomForestじゃなくて、Random Trees、RanodomForestClassifierとかになってたのが気になって、調べてみた。

によると、Random Forestの集合学習あたりは別に特許が取られてるわけではなくて、

有力な特徴量の部分集合を求めるための技術が特許が取られてるみたい。(特許を詳しく読んではいないので何となくだけど。)
